General Terms and Conditions
What are our products and services
Product(s) and service(s) means and includes without limitation:
- Electrical components, units, fittings, fixtures, accessories and materials (whether separate or attached to something or the subject of our services) supplied by us
- Design, consultation, supply, delivery and
- Agency fees, charges and out of pocket expenses occurred by us
Quotation
The Buyer can request a quotation from Liv Light, detailing the price and quantity of the goods and services to be supplied. Quotes are valid for 30 days, after which the price may increase. You will be responsible for increased costs resulting from any subsequent changes to the quote due to inadequate or inaccurate information, request/requirement for additional products or services or variations. We may withdraw the quote at any time prior to your acceptance and we may alter the quote due to circumstances beyond our control, or clerical or computer error.
Acceptance
When the buyer gives any instruction to the company for products or services, it means they accept these terms and conditions, which are final and binding. Once Liv Light confirms the engagement, the deposit is payable (50% of the confirmed order) and the design fee can be waived/credited against the balance of the project.
Declining a proposal
The buyer may choose to decline the proposal for supply of products and/or services. Once engagement is declined with Liv Light the design fee of $1500 + GST is payable. This is in return for a preliminary plan/design and estimated cost. Any alterations made beyond the preliminary design will also be invoiced accordingly.
Price
The price shall be as indicated on invoices provided by Liv Light to the Buter in respect of products and/or services supplied. Time for payment for the products and/or services shall be of the essence and will be stated on the invoice, quotation, tender documents, work authorization form, proposal acceptance, or any other work commencement forms. If no time is stated, then payment shall be due on delivery of any goods. The Buyer agrees that the cost price shall be determined by Liv Light, and shall take into consideration ‘one-off’ costs such as design and production. Liv Light reserves the right to implement a surcharge for alterations to specifications of products after the order has been placed.
