Positioned on the rear of a sand dune with panoramic ocean views, this expansive, high-spec home embodies opulence like no other. Our brief was for a lighting design that matched the residence’s luxury design and withstand the challenging climate of its beachfront location. Linear lighting was chosen to emphasise the sharp lines and premium feel of the home, and create a sleek yet inviting atmosphere. This is evident as you approach the front door, where a concealed LED imparts a warm glow to the handle that welcomes visitors inside. Through the entrance, a recessed light strip runs the full length of the main hallway, serving as a leading line that brings guests into the primary living area and draws the eye outwards to the breathtaking views. In keeping with the property’s prestige status, every light in the home is fully colour changing, affording the owners custom control. This allows them to create a unique atmosphere in every space, from the pool to the master bedroom. This control system has been said to be the largest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and is guaranteed to impress.
